Description :
The 3M Petrifilm Aerobic Count Plate is a sample-ready culture medium system that simplifies the enumeration of aerobic bacteria. Each plate consists of a nutrient-rich film coated with a gelling agent and a red indicator dye. When the sample is inoculated onto the plate, aerobic bacteria grow and form red colonies, which are easily countable against the white background. A built-in grid on the film further facilitates accurate counting. The 50-piece pack provides a convenient quantity for laboratories conducting routine microbial testing.
