PL Anti-Migration Base

In textile printing, PL Anti-Migration Base, also known as an anti-migration base or migration inhibitor, is a product designed to prevent or reduce the migration of dyes or pigments through the fabric, particularly when printing on dark or colored textiles.

PL Anti-Migration Base is phthalate FREE finished ink used to achieve an elastic, soft touching and opaque white covering effect in textile printing with a perfect balance of white color, creaminess, and opacity for the best press performance and color design. It can be printed on cotton and cotton – polyester blend (up to 50%-50%) fabrics. If cured correctly as advised, the dry-wet rubbing and washing fastness are high.

 APPLICATION

Printing : In order to have more covering, whiteness and elasticity in the print of PL Anti-Migration Base double print is advised with flash cure. PL Anti-Migration Base is used as a base printing base with the printings of PL series colours.

Screen : Silk screens that are made of 77 mesh 48 micron silk - 90 mesh 40 micron silk or 120 mesh 34 micron silk should be used.

Squeegee : 34 – 43 Metric / 80 - 110 US Shore V type squeegee should be used.

Mixture : In need of improving elasticity of PL Anti-Migration Base, PL ULTRA ELASTIC BASE can be added. PL Anti-Migration Base can be mixed with PL series colours. To reduce the viscosity, PL Regulator can be added (1-3 %) into PL LB White. Before use, please stir the ink well. Do not use any additives that are not advised. After using, the screen should be cleaned with the synthetic thinner.

Curing : Should be cured at 160 °C for 1,5 – 2 minutes. Metric

             Should be cured at 320 °F for 1.5 - 2 minutes. US

 SAFETY and STORAGE

Printing should be done in ventilated places not to have inhalation problems. It does not harm the skin in case of contact. You should seek medical assistance in case of contact with organs like eyes and mouth. Keep containers dry and tightly closed. Store in a ventilated place between (+5)-(+30) °C of temperature. It should be consumed within 12 months after the production date.

Exceptional Delivery: There are some exceptional items imported from outside Bangladesh. These items can take more days to reach you. 

You can make your purchases on Echem and get delivery from anywhere in the world. Delivery charge varies according to customers' country. In the case of paid order, Echem.com.bd cannot be held liable if the customer does not receive it within 2 months.

Replacement Guarantee:

We provide a great customer experience each time you shop with your Echem. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we ensure a ‘Replacement Guarantee’. We will replace your purchased product if the product has any defect from its manufacturer or if the product is not the same one you ordered. Please check your products in front of riders or courier service agents to avail of replacement service.

All you need to do is give us a call or drop an email at support@echem.com.bd  within a period of 24 hours from the date of delivery. However, please return the product with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. Replacement for products is subject to inspection and checking by the Echem team. Replacement cannot be possible if the product is burnt, damaged by a short circuit, broken by the customer, or damaged while using by the customer.

We give the option of taking back the product from your doorstep at Dhaka. If reverse pickup is not possible from your doorstep, you can send it by courier to our office address (Hazi Yusuf Mansion,56,Midford Street,Babu Bazer,Dhaka-1100). Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or application will not be covered under our 'Replacement Guarantee’.

In case of product's sold out at the merchant's end, the customer can choose any other product from our website or can keep the amount debited to his Echem account as shopping credit.

Refund:

If any order is canceled, payment against such order will generally be refunded within 15 working days, but the refund process may take more time depending upon the payment service gateway provider’s clauses. Provided that the received cashback amount, if any, will be adjusted with the refund amount. The refund will be initiated within the same payment channel i.e. if the customer pays via bKash, then the customer will be refunded through bKash. The customer cannot be refunded via any other payment channel. But Echem retains the right and has the right to consider/reconsider refund via another flexible channel(s) to make the refund system faster or to make it easier for the customer.

The customer will not be eligible for any cashback/bonus against his principal amount in case of refunds because if the order is canceled, its related cashback will also be canceled. Echem is not bound to pay any kind of service charge or cost for the refunded amount.

In case of refunding card payment, the refund will be returned directly to the customer's debit/credit card if the customer claims a refund to his bank. Then we will be informed about it via sManager and take necessary initiatives. Card payment can be refunded only to the card holder's account via bank and cannot be refunded partially as per policy.

Shopping Credit / Reward Points can not be cash refunded, only to be refunded as shopping credit/reward point.
