Description :

The Hanna Iron Test Kit HI-3834 is a colorimetric test kit used to determine the concentration of iron in water samples. It is a portable and easy-to-use kit that is suitable for both field and laboratory use.   

The kit works by using a chemical reaction to convert all forms of iron in the water sample to ferrous iron (Fe2+).

The ferrous iron then reacts with a reagent to form an orange-colored complex. The intensity of the orange color is proportional to the concentration of iron in the water sample.
