Policy
Echem.com.bd opens the
doorway for everybody to shop over the Internet. Our dedicated Echem quality
assurance team works round the clock personally to make sure the right packages
reach on time. Our services are at your doorsteps with an affordable delivery
charge. We process all deliveries through reputed courier services as well as our
in-house delivery team. We deliver products all over Bangladesh as well as the
world. If there is any modification in the delivery charge for a particular
item, it is mentioned in product details.
Order confirmation and
delivery completion are subject to product availability. Delivery time may
differ from one item to another.
Delivery
Timeline: Delivery might take longer than the usual timeframe/line to be
followed by Echem. The delivery timeframe is only subject to estimation and
please consider and calculate the announced timeframe as working days. It might
vary depending upon the circumstances. Delivery might be delayed due to force
majeure events which include, but not limited to, political unrest, political
event, national/public holidays/official holiday(s), pandemics, etc, also for
the supplier delay for the mass number of orders and for logistic partners; ie:
courier services.
Order after 6 PM will
be considered as an order of the next business day. Our business days exclude
government holidays / public holidays.
Note: It is
requested to the respected customers to refrain from buying excessive
goods by being panicked. We are unable to entertain any bulk quantity during
COVID-19. Delivery may delay due to COVID-19.
Exceptional
Delivery: There are some exceptional items imported from outside
Bangladesh. These items can take more days to reach you.
You can make your
purchases on Echem and get delivery from anywhere in the world.
Delivery charge varies according to customers' country. In the case of paid
order, Echem.com.bd cannot be held liable if the customer does not receive it
within 2 months.
Replacement Guarantee:
We provide a great
customer experience each time you shop with your Echem. If you are not
satisfied with your purchase, we ensure a ‘Replacement Guarantee’. We will
replace your purchased product if the product has any defect from its
manufacturer or if the product is not the same one you ordered. Please
check your products in front of riders or courier service agents to avail of
replacement service.
All you need to do is
give us a call or drop an email at support@echem.com.bd within a period of 24 hours from
the date of delivery. However, please return the product with the tags intact
and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition.
Replacement for products is subject to inspection and checking by the Echem
team. Replacement cannot be possible if the product is burnt, damaged by a
short circuit, broken by the customer, or damaged while using by the customer.
We give the option of
taking back the product from your doorstep at Dhaka. If reverse pickup is not
possible from your doorstep, you can send it by courier to our office address (Hazi Yusuf Mansion,56,Midford Street,Babu
Bazer,Dhaka-1100). Damages due to
neglect, improper usage, or application will not be covered under our
'Replacement Guarantee’.
In case of product's
sold out at the merchant's end, the customer can choose any other product from
our website or can keep the amount debited to his Echem account as shopping
credit.
Refund:
If any order is
canceled, payment against such order will generally be refunded within 15
working days, but the refund process may take more time depending upon the
payment service gateway provider’s clauses. Provided that the received cashback
amount, if any, will be adjusted with the refund amount. The refund will be
initiated within the same payment channel i.e. if the customer pays via bKash,
then the customer will be refunded through bKash. The customer cannot be
refunded via any other payment channel. But Echem retains the right and has the
right to consider/reconsider refund via another flexible channel(s) to make the
refund system faster or to make it easier for the customer.
The customer will not
be eligible for any cashback/bonus against his principal amount in case of
refunds because if the order is canceled, its related cashback will also be
canceled. Echem is not bound to pay any kind of service charge or cost for the
refunded amount.
In case of refunding
card payment, the refund will be returned directly to the customer's
debit/credit card if the customer claims a refund to his bank. Then
we will be informed about it via sManager and take necessary
initiatives. Card payment can be refunded only to the card holder's account via
bank and cannot be refunded partially as per policy.
Shopping Credit /
Reward Points can not be cash refunded, only to be refunded as shopping
credit/reward point.
